Chiropractic Care:

Dr. Kelly practices Diversified chiropractic.  Diversified chiropractic uses as many different techniques as possible to treat patients.  This allows us to develop a treatment plan that will address each patient's specific needs, and allow us to include many different aspects of health. Exercise, stretching, nutrition, and sleeping habits are all important to look at when evaluating health.

At Kelly Chiropractic we help you learn about chiropractic, your health, and things you can do to improve and maintain your health. We do a complete history and exam in order to find the proper diagnosis.  Treatment usually includes a chiropractic adjustment.  These adjustments are gentle and non-invasive.  There are, however, adjustment techniques that are even more gentle and can be used for infants, pregnant women, and osteoporotic patients. Treatment may also include modalities such as: heat, ice, interferential muscle stimulation, biphasic muscle stimulation, microcurrent, high volt muscle stimulation, Russian stimulation, soft tissue massage, friction massage, acupuncture, nutritional counseling, PI stretching, RI stretching, myofascial release, lymph drainage, trigger point therapy (TPT), mobilization, strength and aerobic exercise, and neuromusculoskeletal (NMS) re-education.
